Inspiring SA Flinders University “Science Meets Arts”

Susan Sahlos a PhD candidate at Flinders University received funding from Inspiring South Australia to coordinate a Science Meets Art event.

Cheryl’s textile workshop on birds held on the 7th of October was over subscribed and had participants from Victoria and country SA.

There were 6 other workshops held at Flinders University, The Tonsley Innovation Centre and Cooinda Neighourhood Centre

 The art created was the exhibited at Cheryl’s studio Beltana House Studio from December 1st to 3rd with over 150 visitors of all ages, some residents from rural areas, Flinders University academic and professional staff, industry representatives and one dog.
